Cassandra Iselda Thompson, "Mimi, age 93 of Conyers, Georgia, pased away on February 24, 2024, surrounded by her family and friends. She was born on December 3, 1930 in Panama. Mimi was a kind and generous woman that would give to anyone in need. She possessed a great passion for life, she spoke her mind and loved fiercely and completely. She loved her children, Nicky, Jasmine, Divine, Imelda and Daniel, and always made sure that they felt loved, appreciated, and had everything that they needed. She had two biological daughters, and adopted four children and raised them as her own and fostered twenty four children. Mimi enjoyed being around her loved ones, gardening, sitting outside, cooking her famous "Chicken Stew" and "Ox Tails". She had a great affection for animals and loved her dogs and cats. Mimi also enjoyed watching Novella's, Dr. Phil and BET. She was loved by all that knew her and will be soley missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Egbert Wade, and her daughter Julie, and has left behind to cherish her memory, her beloved children and grandchildren, as well as a host of other loving family and friends. Mimi will be missed and live on in our memories forever.
