Kimberly Deanna Denton, age 59, of McDonough, Georgia, passed away on March 14, 2024, surrounded by her beloved family. She was born on February 24, 1965, in Atlanta, Georgia to Russell and Patricia Denton. Kim, as she was more commonly known, was the very essence of selflessness and love. She possessed a heart full of humility and servitude, and always put the needs of others in front of her own, and gave and loved fully, even when she herself was facing great adversity. Kim would shine like the bright and warm sun, when she entered the room, but was always the first to welcome others and made sure that they felt love and comfort. She enjoyed the warmth of the sand under her feet at the beach, the crisp fresh air of the mountains, and the glitz and lights of Harrah’s Casino. Kim was a beacon of hope and light to others, and would always offer a gentle ear to listen, or lend a helping hand to those that were in need, without any expectations in return, she truly loved with an unconditional soul. She loved to be surrounded by her family, and some of the fondest of memories were made at family gatherings, during the holidays, birthdays, and BBQ’s. Kim was loved by all that had the honor of knowing her and will be missed terribly. She is preceded in death by her father, and leaves behind to cherish her memory, her precious mother, loving children, beloved grandchild, endearing brother, and a host of other loving family and friends.
