To all my cousins,
Cathy was so special to us all. I was fortunate to be able to reconnect with her when I took my oldest daughter to college at Oneonta. I would often stay overnight and have a great visit with Cathy and, of course, with Aunt Betty.
You are all in my prayers as you find peace in the wonderful memories of your mom, sister, wife, aunt, grandma, cousin, friend.
My love to all of you,
          Jeanie

I am so sorry fir your loss. I met Cathy several when I was a student at Morrisville and David was my professor. She was such a kind personable lady. May she Rest In Peace.

My deepest sympathy to all the Paul and Conroy families. Cathy was my cousin and although it has been many years since we have seen each other, I have the fondest of memories and hope that your memories will bring you a special fulfillment of a life well lived. May you all feel God’s comfort as you grieve. Much love to all.

This has to be one of the latest condolences, ever! The truth is, I have never met Cathy and only discovered, yesterday, of her passing. I believe that Cathy & Dave were, at one time, good friends with my sister, Nancy Cushman (in Norwich,NY). Nancy died on 7/30/17 in a motorcycle accident. At the time of her death, I was approached with a question of whether she should be buried with her "prayer book". When handed the book, I was overwhelmed by the use it had received over the years. The corners were almost rounded from continual turning of pages. The book itself was filled with prayer cards. I did not open the book, because it felt like an intrusion of privacy. But, I did open the cover to see that it had been given to Nan as a gift, from someone named "Cathy & Dave". The book is entitled "God Calling". I immediately purchased a copy and read it, every day ... often thinking about "Cathy & Dave". After finally asking a few questions and tracking Cathy's current location, I am so very sorry to hear of her passing. When I look at her face in this picture and read her obituary, I can feel the kindness that she must have shared with everyone. I can certainly understand how Cathy and Nancy might have been drawn together. I pray that they are now, both turning pages, side by side, with our Lord in heaven. To Dave ... I am so sorry for your loss.
