Cecil Lamar Willard , 62 , lifelong Covington resident passed away November 27, 2018. He was born on Sept 23^rd, 1956 to the late John Thomas & Jeanette Walden Willard.

Cecil worked at Wil-Mac Containers in Conyers until his health declined and he was no longer able . He was a talented, self taught musician who found comfort and enjoyment in playing the guitar for his family and friends. Music was in his soul from a very young age.

Though he carried many titles ; Son, Brother, Husband, Father, Uncle, & Friend. No other title could compare to him as the title of Pawpaw did. His love for his family and especially his 10 grandchildren radiated through his eyes.

Cecil was preceded in death by his parents ; brother Thomas Eugene (Tonky) Willard ; sisters Annette Willard Jordan & Sandra Ann Goforth ; 4 nephews and 1 great nephew.  

 Cecil is survived and will be forever missed by his wife, Laura Wilkerson Willard; Son, Christopher Willard; Daughter(s) , Aderian Anglin , Crystal & Daniel McKenzie.

Grandchildren ; Lacey, Andrew, Jayden, & Michael Anglin ; Thomas, Clayton, Alexis, James, Jhonny, & Abby McKenzie.

Brothers ; Terry Willard , Danny & Rebecca Willard ; Sisters Janice Willard , Vicky & Bill Hall.

An a host of nieces, nephews & friends.

 A memorial service is currently being arranged for a later date. Cecils family will make those detail available to family and friends upon completion.
