Mr. Charles Hoover Radcliffe Jr., age 81 of Conyers, Georgia, passed away on April 18, 2018, surrounded by his beloved family. He was born on October 20, 1936 in Paoli, Indiana to Charles and Bessie Radcliffe. Charles was a devoted husband, beloved father and a friend to all and will be greatly missed. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, children and a host of other family and friends. Services for Mr. Radcliffe are to be announced.
