Dawn Elaine (Greiner) Vaughn

Dawn Elaine Vaughn, 73, died Friday, March 11th, 2022 in Kennesaw, Georgia. 

Born in Newburgh, New York, Ms. Vaughn attended Georgia State University and was an educator and a devout Catholic. She spent her life working tirelessly for her children and strove daily to live by Christ’s example. She was a parishioner at Saint Catherine of Siena.

She is survived by two children, Mary Byram of Kennesaw and Jonathan Vaughn of Columbus, Ohio; 4 grandchildren, Nora Elizabeth Vaughn, Benedict Joseph Byram, Henry Francis Byram, Peter Kolbe Byram; two brothers, Clinton Greiner and Charles Greiner; two sisters, Arlene Greiner and Dolores Greiner; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Greiner (Purello), her brother, Everett Greiner, and her grandson Jude Byram

Her funeral mass will be held Thursday, March 17th at 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Kennesaw, Ga. She will be laid to rest later that day at 2pm at Honey Creek Woodlands in Conyers, Ga.
