Gina Lynn (Lord) Rutledge

Gina Lynn Rutledge, age 61, of Porterdale, Georgia, passed away on June 29, 2026. Born on December 23, 1964, in Conyers, Georgia, to Paul and Pam Lord, Gina—affectionately known as GiGi—lived a life filled with creativity, warmth, and deep devotion to her family.

GiGi was a beloved partner, mother, and grandmother whose greatest joy was the people she loved. She cherished every moment spent with her family and made holidays magical with her thoughtful touches and boundless enthusiasm.

A gifted artist, GiGi’s exceptional work was showcased and sold in local galleries, where her talent and imagination were admired by many. She loved to travel, especially to sunny beaches where she found peace in the warmth and the waves. An avid reader and a lover of music across many genres, GiGi embraced life with curiosity, passion, and an open heart.

She is survived by her children, her cherished daughters-in-love, her grandchildren, and her loving partner, all of whom will carry her memory forward with gratitude and love.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Central Church in Covington, Georgia. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and honor GiGi’s beautiful legacy.
