Jason Thomas Lewis

Mr. Jason Thomas Lewis “Foxx ThaFunkyDread”, age 55 of Conyers, Georgia, passed away on December 2, 2021. He was born on February 20, 1966, in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Richard and Lois Lewis. Jason was a kind and humble man, that never met a stranger. He was an accomplished guitarist travelled the world, sharing his profound love of music with others. Jason was a devoted father, and nothing made him happier, than spending time with his beloved family. He was a philosopher and would often share wise words of wisdom with his children, while casting the worries of the day away, fishing on the bank of a river or on a dock on the lake. Jason loved to cook and always, “Cooked With Love” and expected others to “Cook With Love”. When you cook with love, then love is always shared.

Jason is preceded in death by his parents Richard and Lois Lewis, as well as his brother, Richard S. Lewis Jr. and leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving siblings; Audronnia (Fred) Hawkins, LaTonya Lewis, Marlow (Andrew) Cooper Wood, Samara (Jermaine) Merritt. His beloved children; Angelo (Ashley) Tovar, Jade (Charcell) Lewis and Asia Lewis. His precious grandchildren; Jimarion, Lucionna, Savadionno, Jae-lia, Leiah, Avionna, DeAngelo, Royal and Ashton, as well as a host of other loving family and friends.
