Rachel Nicole Shaw

Rachel Nicole Shaw, age 41 of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on December 25, 2024. Rachel was born on December 26, 1982, in Riverdale, Georgia to Rhonda Shaw and Scott Head.

Rachel was a kind and generous soul, that encompassed the very essence of love and compassion for everyone that she ever met and was always willing to share a warm meal, a gentle ear for listening, a great big smile and a generous loving hug. Rachel made it her life’s mission to ensure that everyone around her was welcome and comfortable, always surrounding others with love, positivity and laughter. She was gracious, humble and had a passionate free spirit, that expressed her love of music with dancing and singing.

Rachel was a well-respected entrepreneur in Atlanta, Georgia, and was the owner of The Color Room hair salon and empowered all her clients with her enthusiasm of gorgeous, healthy, beautiful hair. Rachel was loved by all that knew her and will be both carried deeply in our hearts and will be missed every second of every day. 

Rachel leaves behind to cherish her memory, her beloved dog Rocco, her loving parents, Rhonda and Raymond Shaw, her precious brother and sister, Raegan Shaw and Dennis Sikes, her endearing stepdad, Ronnie Sikes, and her wonderful grandparents, Joe Sewell and Alice Shaw, as well as a host of other beloved family and friends.
