Richard E. Fall, age 86, died in the morning on Friday, September 7, 2018 in Suwanee, GA at Antebellum James Burgess. Richard was born in Bremen, ME on January 11, 1932. He graduated from Eskine Academy (Class of 1950) in South China, ME. Richard served five years in the United States Navy. He served on board the USS Leyte during the Korean War. He was a Guided Missileman Second Class, and received the Navy Occupation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and National Defense Service Medal. Richard moved to Atlanta and met his wife Faye Dolores Holt of Climax, GA. Hegraduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1962 with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering. He was a member of Delta Tau Delta. Richard worked for various companies throughout the Northeast, Midwest, and the South as an industrial engineer. He retired from Engineered Controls International LLC in Elon College, NC. He was an avid golfer and bowler. Richard is survived by his wife of 57 years, Faye Holt Fall of Suwanee, GA; daughters Lisa F. Parrott of Buford, GA, Dr. Leigh M. Fall of Oneonta, NY, and Jennifer L. Fall (Kris Poist) of Woodstock, GA; granddaughter Valerie N. Parrott of Nashville, TN; sister Norma F. Stevens of Augusta, ME; half-brothers Bryan Beaucage (Maureen) of New Hampshire and Phillip Beaucage (Janet) of Tennessee; sister-in-laws Sara H. Lunsford of Roswell, GA and Beverly Beaucage of Bradenton, FL; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services provided by Phoenix Funeral Services, Inc. Burial services will be held on September 22, 2018 from 1pm to 4pm at Honey Creek Woodlands at the Monastery of the Holy Spirit, a natural burial ground, in Conyers, GA.
