He was known for his unwavering work ethic, generous spirit, and deep love for God, his family, and community. He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Marsha Land, with whom he built a life centered on love, faith, and family. Together they raised three children, 1. Kimberly (David) Miller, and their children Krystena, Kaelyn, Kara, 2. Robby (Loan) Land, and their children Seth, Luke, and Abigail & 3. David (Alina) Land, and their children Eli, Levi, and Micah. He is also survived by his brothers Don (Selene) Land, Charles (Suzanne) Land, Fred (Georgia) Land, brother-in-law Warren (Wendy) Stanford, along with several nieces, nephews and extended family members who cherished him deeply.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, James and Robbie Lee Land, whose love and values helped shape the man he became. He and his brother Charles worked at the accounting firm for 50 years. A true outdoorsman, Bobby found peace in nature --- hiking trails, chasing waterfalls, and tending to his garden. He especially loved sharing his tomatoes with friends and neighbors, a simple act that reflected his giving heart. He found joy in puzzles, concerts, music, and time spent with his grandchildren, who brought him endless pride and happiness. Above all, Bobby was a man of steadfast faith, humility, and quiet strength. His life was a testimony to his love for God, his family and his community. He gave freely, worked hard and loved deeply.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Bobby's memory to the Hemophilia of Georgia Foundation, a cause dear to his heart since his diagnosis as a yound child with hemophilia.
