Roy Thomas Cowan

Tom Cowan of Conyers, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at 80 years of age. Tom live life to the fullest, from his early days traveling across the country, to joining the Navy to serve in southeast Asia as part of the underwater demolition team. He never met a stranger or found an item he found unworthy of adding to his collection. Those who knew Tom knew an extraordinary man. 

Survivors include, his wife, Susan Cowan of Conyers and seven children, Robert Cowan, Clark Cowan, Renee Margoline, Cori Cowan, Nathan Cowan, Ann Simon, and David O’Connell.

A memorial mass for Tom will be held Tuesday, October, 16 2018, 11:00 AM, at St. Oliver Plunkett, 3200 Brooks Dr. Snellville GA 30078, with Father Rey Pineda officiating. Interment will follow at Honey Creek Woodlands Cemetery at 2pm. Family and friends are welcome at mass, graveside, and at the Cowan residence after the burial
