Terry Ray Smith Sr. (Frog) age 60, of Hampton, Georgia, passed away on April 19, 2020 at 3:30 am at Atlanta Piedmont Hospital.
Graveside and viewing will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday April 24, 2020 at Fairview Memorial Gardens 164 Fairview Road Stockbridge, Georgia 30281, with Patrick Harvey officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Phoenix Funeral Services, Inc., of Conyers, Georgia.
Terry was born in Atlanta, Georgia on May 8, 1959, he was a graduate of Cedar Grove High School and served his country with honor in The United States Army. He was a member of Tellico House of Prayer in Tellico Plains, TN. Terry loved to hunt and fish.
He was preceded in death by his father: Grady Harold Smith, Mary Kate Smith, Robert Edward Brooks, Donald J. Epperson, Father-In-Law; Edgar T. Bell, Brother-In-Law Danny Bell. Uncles: Jimmy, Harold and his wife Annie Ruth & Tommy Smith, Randall Buice, Greg Chambers and Stephen Scott and his wife Donna.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his loving wife of 40 years, Wanda B. Smith. His beloved children: Terry R. Smith Jr. (Pooter), Krystal and Josh Scott, Kayla Duckett and Fiancé Greg Johnson, and Ashley and Joshua Sloan. His endearing Grandchildren: Terry R. Smith III, Harley Smith, Whitney Bethaney, Sydney and Courtney Scott, Miles, Maggie and Mason Conley, Morgan and Dalton Duckett, Elijah, Kaiti, Levy, and Logan Johnson. His precious mother: Retha Epperson Adams and husband Walter Adams. Brothers and sisters: Donald J. (Red) and Tracey Epperson Jr., Rhonda and Chris Bailey and Wanda Epperson and Freddy Nichols. His loving mother-in-law: Linda Bell, Brother-in-law: Michael and Lisa Bell. Nieces and nephews: Trey and Tanner Epperson, Lexie Epperson and Mackenzie and Juan Cardona and John and Michael Bell. His endearing great nephews: Landon and Cohen Epperson Nick Nave and his wife Natalee Nave. And the parents of the grandchildren: Becky Smith and Leslie Duckett. His timeless aunts: Connie Buice, Evelyn Chambers, and Robyn and Garet Hartshorn, as well as a host of other loving family and friends.
