Virginia (Correll) Gossage

Virginia Gossage age 94, of Covington, Georgia, passed away on July 22, 2022. She was born on March 23, 1928, in Pueblo, Kentucky to the late Grover and Emma Correll. Virginia was a kind and generous woman, that enjoyed watching her favorite college basketball team "IU", which was led by Coach Bobby Knight and world renown professional tennis player Andre Agassi. She enjoyed a past time of visiting Lake Cumberland in Kentucky, Saturday night dancing and Sunday family day, where one would often find Virginia and her family playing cards, while the children played. She is predeceased by her husband William and her beloved granddaughter, Brandi Young. Virginia leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving son, Kevin (Lynn) Gossage, her brother, Orville (Anna Ruth) Gossage and a great grandchild, Freya, as well as a loving host of other loving family and friends.
